The property is extremely welcoming and comfortable. There are a lot of special personal touches from the owners which add to this. Other extras are breakfast provision, toiletries and information on the area , history and things to see and do. Access to the attached kitchen is from outside the main house but this was fine for us and the country kitchen is in itself a great place to sit and relax. Spalding is a little out of the way of main tourist attractions but an easy and beautiful drive. For us this made our stay even better as it provided a retreat from the hustle and bustle of bigger town life. Our dog was welcome to stay with us.

Loved old house nicely decorated and Carol the owner was very helpful and friendly Very close to the pub and general store Breakfast was excellent and all amenities very good quality

Everything was excellent. Country , quiet, roomy, a lot of space. Easy. Good location for the occasion we were after. Host is lovely and works so hard to make visitors, our stay easy.

Lovely place to stay. Lots of room but very cosy at the same time. Very handy for us to venture out and do some bike riding on the Mawson Trail.
