Most of the staff working there was lovely ! The ladies at the check in desk, and during breakfast were so kind and helpful. The voiturier was very caring and kind too. Most of the team is really working hard to offer the best service. The main historical building is beautiful. Absolutely amazing vibes. The breakfast rooms are gorgeous and you can see the effort put in the decor and styling of the rooms. The breakfast buffet was very pleasant. The spa experience was so good. You can book a time slot, which means the place is not cramped and overwhelming like other places can be. We got to really relax and enjoy our time.

Beautiful building and very comfortable rooms and beds. Great locations right in the centre, next to the casino. And the hotel spa is stunning!! Brand new and getting an hour per night you stay is such a plus.
