We stayed in the one- bedroom flat in December and I was concerned it might be cold. But no worries the heating was excellent and the apartment was cosy and warm. Furnishings and kitchenware were all of exceptional quality. We were also delighted to find a pretty Christmas tree and books about the history of Spa.

The property appeared to be freshly converted (I may even have been the first tenant). It was fully equipped, even down to the multi channel TV. It is just a few minutes walk down to the town centre. The big asset is that it has it's own parking space alongside. Parking in the town is always difficult, especially in popular times, so this is a major attribute.

The flat we got (one bedroom) is located on the ground floor. Nice, cosy, well equipped and comfortable conveniently situated : 10 minutes walk to city centre and 15 minutes drive to The Source Entrance of Spa Francorchamps Circuit . There is free car park ( one spot) , a hut for bicycles and a nice, well equipped backyard with tables and chairs. Last, but not least, the staff are very kind and helpful . Our stay was really top

Convenient, nicely renovated accomodation within a short walking distance from the town centre of Spa. Beds were a good size and comfortable. Kitchen had new appliances and overall place was comfortable. The host communicated well and was was very responsive. Was perfect for 2 couples travelling together and would work well for a family
