We had quite a hard time finding the place, since google maps let us down. So we ended up in the wrong place (there's a guest house called Olympia, and no, that's not the same as Olimpia) and called the owner for help. His mother then came within 5 minutes and showed us where to go. She was so friendly and helpful and we felt welcome immediately. The place itself is really beautiful! The room was a bit small, but since we only entered it to sleep, it was okay. The view from the various (yes, various) balconies is nothing short of the best we've ever had and as soon as you step out of the building, you're right in the center and in less than 5 minutes at the beach. Basically everything you need: walk no less than 5 minutes and you're there.
