Great hotel with friendly stuff, comfortable room and very nice restaurant or buffet. It was quite and clean.. absolutely like expected for this place.

Very nice hotel. Real attention to detail and lots of friendly staff. Greeted warmly by the Guest Manager, Rawan, who explained all the facilities and kept in touch throughout our stay. A couple pools and easy access to the Dead Sea and of course the mud. Good drink and food service directly to our sunbeds. We particularly loved the quieter lower pool and were well looked after by Khalid. Comfortable spacious room with a balcony overlooking the Sea. There are a few hotels to choose from along this strip and having done a little research, we really feel like we landed at the perfect spot. Highly recommended and easy to say we will definitely return here if we are in the area.

This was an exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived at the Mövenpick, we were met with a warm and friendly reception. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and to our surprise, they offered us a complimentary upgrade to a much better room with an amazing view. It's rare to receive such a generous gesture, and it made our experience truly special. The new room was fantastic, clean, and beautifully decorated. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and hospitality.

The staff were amazing. I particularly loved the man standing at the entrance serving lemon juice. It was a very lovely touch. The place was also very clean and always smelled nice. The belly dancer show at night was incredible.
