Stunning views of waterfall at thermal pool. Spacious authentic wooden decorated room. Beautiful modern lobby area. Tasty food at dinner buffet. Well equipped gym. Some staff were friendly.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. As we arrived at night, the hotel’s pool and private springs were closed but hotel staff drove us to the public hot springs which are open 24/7. They offered us a lift back when we were finished but we chose to walk as it was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was great to see families, locals and tourists all enjoying the public hot springs late at night. Breakfast was excellent - a buffet style with many hot and cold options to choose from with eggs, pancakes and more cooked in front of you.
