the check in process was smooth and fast. special thanks to M.Yaquob for his assistance and outstanding professionalism . we got a very good room in a perfect location close to pools . he was kind enough to arrange a nice surprise for us in the room. the rooms were spacious and clean . pools were nice and cozy .

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski! From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel welcome with their warm and professional attitude. A big thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Mohamed Karim from the room service team—your service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and everything was perfectly maintained. Overall, the entire staff was amazing, always smiling and ready to assist. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely come back!
