The accommodation was very clean, modern rooms, modern and clean spa, excellent breakfast with a lot of choices and nicely presented, friendly and helpful staff. One night spent in double room with balcony.

The profesionalism and friendliness of the staff: David went above and below to help me. He even helped me with my suitcase and supported me so kindly with every inquiry. He and his colleagues from Vila Ursu Negru made my stay very special. I also loved the spa area. Normally I don’t use the spa facilities, but these facilities were so wonderful and clean. I loved the sweet water pools and my favourite was the one with the salt water. The way the spa space is designed and the facilities made me feel so relaxed and comfortable.
