Nice converted barn - well-equipped kitchen - large bath with shower - rather cramped bedroom, but the bed itself was comfortable. TV and wifi OK. Owner kindly arranged to put a table and chairs outside for us to use for sitting, reading, meals - the breakfast bar is not really good for playing Scrabble etc., and there isn't otherwise really any space for a small table and chairs inside. Luckily the weather was good, so we were happy outside. Very nice walk across the fields to St Margarets in Reydon. Useful folder with info about the area. Extensive directions supplied beforehand to find the property - we needed them!
