Very good location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach

Lovely spacious, well-equipped house. Comfortable sitting and dining rooms. Convenient kitchen. Bathroom clean and spacious with over bath shower. Useful downstairs additional wc. Enjoyed the sunny and breezy balconies at the back of the house with steps down to the garden and views across rooftops to the marshes - one off the kitchen with garden table and and chairs, and a second off the master bedroom. The conservatory off the dining room was far too hot to use when we visited during a heatwave - but would be pleasant for cooler weather. As others have mentioned - the welcome bottle of Adnams Prosecco was a nice extra.

House is well proportioned and well equipped. It's just a short walk to the pier and beach, but not close enough that you'd endure noise or parking issues.
