Decoration was excellent, very tasteful and not too over the top with seaside theme. In perfect location for all of southwold attractions. The owners had thought of everything. Would recommend for a family with children

The property was very close to town down a quiet road, near the play area so great for kids, and not too far a walk to the pier. The house was a comfortable size for 3 adults and 2 toddlers and had enough beds for 6. The kitchen was well stocked for self catering, and the garden was a really nice space. Lots of books and games, spare bedding. Light and airy property with WiFi. Was nice to have a bath and everything was adequate.

Main bedroom was super cosy, all the beds were really comfortable, great little puzzles and games for wet days. Also cook books on the shelf and all kitchen equipment you would need.
