It’s the opportunity to stay in a working museum, it might not be for everyone’s taste as it is antiques after antiques antiques but for me and my husband it was perfect.

Staff excellent and very helpful. Beautiful building and outside areas were very well kept. Great food and service. Would thoroughly recommend. Accommodation very comfortable.

A real gem of a place. The hotel is soaked in history but wears it lightly and the town is a nice location. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. All good.
