The room is everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. On entry it is clean and smart. There are sufficient power outlets. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a wow factor with its clean lines, minimalist modern design style and built in wall storage. I liked the large shower area. It was good to see a toilet brush. There is a good sized TV and table to sit at, with a nearby power point, which could accommodate my laptop. A major plus is a room tap style entry card system rather than a slit entry one with requires multiple goes I appreciated the gesture of opening the windows prior to my arrival. It was thoughtful and I can forgive the curtains not being drawn being an easy oversight. When I arrived the sun was shining directly into the room with the ACU thermometer showing 31c. I did not believe it as I know what that level of heat is from experience. I did ask for help with the A/C unit to double-check I was doing the correct thing in view of my last trip. I was given the thumbs up it seemed to reset even with the room card connected. I understand the need for it turn off when not in the room. I found an alternative setting which did work combined with an open window behind drawn curtains. At night, I needed to set it to a chillier level than I might have otherwise wanted as the bed seemed to have the same winter duvet when I last visited. 99% of the staff were friendly. I do not know if there is a new blue parking sign to the right. I remember the one on the open gate which is not visible at night. If it is new, it is great and the signage is clear. I don't know if I missed it last time, in the dark and from the inside of the car, as one has to look up to see it. With the assistance of the car's head lamps, I would expect to be able to see another sign at the end of the entrance road.
