Staff were all friendly, polite and professional.Bed was very comfortable, plenty of tea, coffee,hot chocolate and biscuits which were replenished both days .

This was a great location for our family get together. Easy parking and separate rooms for each family. Family dinner in the evening and then a tasty breakfast in the morning. This was our 2nd stay here and the service was much better this time and we had a real cup of coffee at breakfast from the coffee machine (rather than filtered) which made a great start to the day. Good and friendly service from the manager

Property was in a quiet location so we had a good nights sleep with no disturbances. It was close to Biggleswade so handy for visiting family. The room was clean and warm as it was -2 while we were there. There was a kettle in the room with teas, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. Staff were friendly. Beautiful view.

The booking was for work and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I stayed in a cabin, rather than a room which was lovely. The location was great, the staff were fantastic. I cannot praise them enough, and they went to great lengths to make sure the stay was comfortable. The food was tasty and big portions for main meals.

Really comfortable bed. Spacious room. Peaceful and quiet! Good breakfast menu with fresh ingredients. Great heating keeping it nice and warm. Lots of parking.

Had Sunday lunch with family all good, staff very good with our grandchildren. Would recommend Sunday lunch. Eevening meal fine good selection of food.
