It was clean & tidy, had everything we wanted, ideal location just a walk across the road to the beach.

This accommodation was spotlessly clean, very easy check in we also managed to get a parking space immediately outside the property, Wynnstay is in a great location over the road from the beach, you have everything you need in the studio, the bed was very comfortable, we would most definitely return to this property and we would not hesitate in recommending it.

Laura the manager was really easy to deal with. There was plenty of communication with a relaxed vibe. The location was great with some restaurants, pubs and a convenience store all very close. The room was clean and well maintained and was very quiet despite it being on a busy road across from the water. You could walk to the Southend Pier area but it was still far enough away from it so you weren't bothered by the crowds going there. It was a very pleasant stay,

That id met the owner of the property before.. it made the check in easier,, Laura helped me with my bags,, she made me feel welcome and cared for,, the room was a little apartment,, it comes with all the holiday things,, helpful of your going away,, it made it a bit more private,, the porch,, hallway of the property was beautiful and looked well cared for,, it felt like someone home and Laura made me feel part of her family,, I can't remember asking for a quiet room but it was lovely and quiet,, it's helpful if people are looking for somewhere to live because it's a little app,, if the owners were ever looking for long term guests
