We had a really lovely stay in this property, easy access, host are very responsive. Flat is very well maintained and was easy to access Southend and surrounding areas on foot by car or public transport. We would definitely use again if in the area, beds were comfy, was a vey nice to have coffee, tea and starter pack to get a drink, we had loo rolls washing up liquid to get us started. The flat was very warm and Cosy even in December, it is a nice size flat and well laid out.
