The Pier View apartment is accessed by steep stairs. The Lord Nelson apartment is located in the basement area but it has natural daylight in both rooms.When booking for 7 nights or more, different policies and additional costs will/may apply. The property will contact Guests after Booking with further details.Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties.Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person of 21 years or over.Please supply the property with the ages of any children staying.Public parking is available at a location nearby (Royal Terrace) with special reduced rates made directly with Pier View. Subject to availability on arrival.Please note, 24/7 security cameras operate in all communal areas of the building.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Beautiful Georgian property, comfortable and airy with great facilities. The owners were welcoming and really helpful and surprised us with some welcome items. We will definitely stay again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Pier View in Southend-on-Sea. The apartment was beautifully presented and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect,just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions, yet peaceful with stunning views. What really made our stay exceptional was the owner’s kindness and responsiveness. After our grandson became unwell during the night, we were immediately provided with fresh bedding and towels, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Good location, not busy, so quiet. Ed the host was great. Friendly and very helpful. The apartment was very well equipped with a welcome pack. Communication before arrival was excellent and we were well looked after during our stay.

We recently stayed at this apartment and found it exceptional. It was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including snacks, milk, tea coffees etc. It's location is perfect and has wonderful views across the sea and the local pier and in a nice quiet area as well. The apartment consisted of a large bedroom with a super king size bed, separate kitchen and lounge area plus toilet and shower together with TVs in both rooms. Ed, the owner was very helpful and obliging and was there for any assistance you made need. The apartment was also spotless. Parking is available. Will definitely stay there again.
