Everything from initial parking in disabled bay, reception, booking a taxi, lovely accessible l♿ room, cleanliness, breakfast and departure. Nothing was too much trouble for your staff.

Hotel staff were courteous, helpful and professional. Our room, and everywhere in the hotel spotlessly clean. Our room was comfortable, cozy and warm. Iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee facilities. There is a wonderful bar/restaurant on the 5th floor with views over the airport. Food and service was lovely.
