Superb location and a really great base for a family break. Getting the keys was easy, the owners were friendly and responsive (even giving us extra soap and tea towels when we ran out), and extremely comfortable beds. The flat is nicely decorated and maintained, and being literally over a shop was very convenient. We and the kids loved it, will definitely return if we come back to Southend.

Very spacious flat, 1.5 bathroom, 3 bedroom, reception room and well equipped kitchen. Very close to beach. Just 2 mins walking.Just above convenience store. Easy access to all necessary needs.
