The fine print
House Rules- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21
- Infants will be counted as a guest
- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)
- If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)
- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.
- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £30 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

“Good, spacious apartment but park on the adjoining road”

Location was good, while the apartment was clean and spacious. The balcony area was a big plus allowing the children to spend time in the lounge as the adults relaxed on the balcony or in their bedrooms.

It is the best Airbnb we have stayed in the UK. It has state of the art appliances , spotlessly clean and super modern. Free parking and direct assess to the beach and a pub restaurant on the corner. There was six of us and one dog and we had plenty of room. The sun room is a nice touch. The location was excellent for days out.
