The rooms were clean and a great size. The hotel was a reasonable walk from the city centre. The staff were fanastic and the breakfast choice was well selected.

We were greeted at reception with a welcome smile, and efficient check in. Staff were all great, the food was excellent. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Cruise parking available, will remember that option.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room was a nice temperature and there was a fan available and the windows opened fully. There was a nice bathroom, very clean with a good shower over bath. They had soya milk available on request and I was able to get a nice vegan gluten free meal from the bar/restaurant ordering at 20:45, 15 minutes before last orders (I had been in A&E all day with my father as he had a serious accident, hence arriving at the hotel so late to check in).
