Accommodation with parking and friendly chap who showed us to our room. Room was OK, simple but with tea & coffee for the morning. The bathroom sink was in the room, which was odd 😀

This is a small B & B in the centre of Southampton. Offering exceptional value the owner Baz was very helpful and accommodating. Bedroom spacious and functional with separate WC and shower. Car parking also available a definite plus. If looking for somewhere very reasonable clean and quiet, with nothing fancy then would recommend and we would use again if in the area.

Good place, rooms are more basic than comfortable but the place is well located. Room only, parking is good and good for getting into town.

The manager purchased a new iron when the existing wasn't immediately located. Quiet location easy walking distance from the city.
