Very basic but very clean staff were great had continental breakfast included and there was plenty of choice lots of parking but you have to pay extra, 5 min drive to cruise terminal big shopping centre over the road , also TGI Friday and McDonald's 2 minute walk requested a kettle and a extension lead given straight away no issue .

The two ladies on reception were delightful when I arrived late on 7 June due to the Best Western having turned me away after a 5 hr journey because their booking system had failed to recognise that I had my little dog with me even though I’d selected 1 person plus one dog when booking the accommodation. The Ibis team were exceptionally welcoming and friendly and booked me in without any issues. I cannot rate your reception ladies that night more highly. Thank you for being so friendly after my awful experience at Best Western and making a difficult night turn out well.
