Joe was an extremely friendly and helpful guy. Made us a drink on arrival. Showed us where everything we needed was. Even popped out to show us a good place to eat and booked a taxi to collect us the next morning.

My first stay at a shared property and Joe couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. Made me feel welcome in his home and was happy to chat to me. Room was very good and everywhere was spotless. A good choice for breakfast, I wasn’t looking for “full English” or cooked food, so cereal and toast were spot on. Excellent location and a short stroll from all you could need. I wasn’t getting ferry or cruise, but can’t imagine a more convenient place if anybody is.
