The fine print
Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. Rooms were spacious, facilities clean and comfortable, and host was very responsive when emailed prior and throughout the stay. Thank you, we had a lovely time visiting Southam and our family!!

I personally liked the downstairs bedroom as I’m not the best at going up and down the stairs. Plus the location was about a 10 minute walk to Warwick House where we were attending a wedding, the reason for the long weekend away with family. Also location near to various eateries & shops to get supplies and no issues with parking was a plus. Nice garden area with tables and chairs.

The house was in a perfect area and only 35min drive to silverstone so easy to get to. The home itself was lovely, so cosy, all the bedrooms were spot on and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, all the information provided with before made it so easy and thr small little info pack in the home was good. Will most definitely bare in mind for next time
