Fern 3 was the perfect place to stay. The apartment was light and airy and had everything we needed. It was at the top of the beautiful house but the stairs aren't a problem at all. We used the garden and enjoyed the relaxed peaceful atmosphere. Hosts Clare and Johnie have created a lovely haven and something of a little retreat. They offered a private garden and BBQ options. We could walk from the property to the coast and it was in easy reach of Torcross, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. We'd definitely book again

Great location and beautiful surroundings. The views were lovely and we loved walking up through your fields and looking at the view from the top. It was very clean and cosy.

Everything..the hosts were super welcoming, and the accommodation was spotless and beautiful. Amazing views. We have booked again already. Such a relaxing spot to stay.
