The spacious entrance lobby was immaculate and welcoming. Zoe welcomed us and was very efficient at checking us in. Nothing was too much trouble , we will definitely stay again when in the area. Even the fact there was an issue and the restaurant was closed , we had a takeaway and used the restaurant facilities, rather than eating in our rooms. The room was clean and the bathroom spotless , particularly loved the two heights of shower heads , I wish every hotel had these. We couldn't fault our stay. The continental breakfast was delicious and Yorkshire tea !!! Thank you Zoe and all for making our stay a pleasant one.
