The fine print
Please note that pack-and-play infant pens may be available at check-in for a fee of USD 25.00. Availability cannot be guaranteed. Friendly dogs fewer than 60 pounds are welcome, but must be registered in writing at time of check-in. There is a $25 tax fee per dog per night. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your pet is aggressive in any way, or disturbs the quiet enjoyment of our other guests. Unregistered pets will incur the steep deep cleaning fee of $300. Pets may not be left unattended in the guest rooms. The $300 deep cleaning fee will be also applied if pets are left unattended in the unit. NO CATS or other types of pets are permitted and would incur the deep cleaning fee.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I've actually stayed here multiple times. The location is amazing. Short walk to a private beach and a short walk to Heavenly Village. Plus, the huge double-decker hot tub is always great in Tahoe.

Fantastic outdoor Hot tub, good communal coffee facilities and pool table, easy walk to all the shops restaurants, heavenly gondola and bus stops.

Excellent location near gondola and local pubs / restaurants. Rooms quite spacious, and the outdoor hot tub is a major draw. Free parking, and pricing quite good for the area.

Right next to the lake, which is beautiful! The hot tub is also a dream! Parking was right outside the room!
