Please note: The Leisure Club, Beauty Spa, and Fitness Centre are currently closed.Please note that a pre-authorisation of a credit or debit card will be required on arrival for all bookings, including pre-payment bookings. This is in order to open credit facilities with the hotel.Dogs are welcome in Standard Rooms only (not permitted in Executive Rooms, Bridal Suites, or other suites). A £10.00 per dog, per night fee applies, and a £50.00 pre-authorisation will be taken on arrival to cover potential damage. A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed.Please note that the hotel is non-smoking throughout.Check in from 3pm onwards. Check out is 11.00am.Breakfast is served 6.30am-9.30am Weekdays and 7am-10am Weekends & Bank Holidays. Hot food is served 12pm-2pm/6pm-9.30pm. Afternoon Tea is available every day 2pm-5pm. All tables for Meals must be pre-booked. Breakfast and dinner very good and staff very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and ok but bathroom a bit tired

Breakfast Buffet, hot and plentiful Had dinner in restaurant, beautifully cooked Haddock and chips. Staff all very friendly. Clean room with comfy beds

Overall superb, we were very impressed with their professionalism and assistance of all the reception team. Hotel is very clean and quiet. The location is a bit out of the centre of Lincoln but the the service great taxis into Lincoln are very reasonable rates and prompt which the hotel can book for you as well.
