Warm welcome with a cup of tea ordered breakfast from a choice of 3 menus. The Owener even ironed our sons shirts!

The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic for where I was going, only a very cheap Uber ride to a wedding at the Black Barn, Manor Farm.

Excellent b&b so friendly and welcoming, the house is really homely and with a stunning garden. I'll definitely return when i need to stay over again 5* from me.
