We picked The Anchorage for my birthday celebration as we love heritage homes and wanted to bring our dog. The home is beautiful with nice decor and beautiful plants throughout. Abi was a very responsive host and I loved the thoughtful birthday card and wine. She had very clear instructions throughout the property which was helpful and it was great to see a recycling bin too. We absolutely loved the location, walking distance to great Freo venues (Wild Bakery's sourdough is a must!) and the dog beach. The bathtub was perfect for an afternoon soak as you overlook the private garden. Having access to a washer/dryer was a bonus.

The look and style of the place has that wow factor. Cleanliness and close to a dog beach. There was a heater provided in the lounge. They really love dogs even though we had all our fur baby items the host did provide throws and bowls- I loved the thought that went into that.

Amazing location!! literally a 2 minute walk to the beach one way down the street and a 2 minute walk the other way down the street to many cafes and shops! The property was beautiful, so homely with lots of plants and a beautiful garden. We felt so safe and relaxed here and 10/10 would stay again.
