Plenty of useful info in advance, easy access and a nice welcome pack. Location is lovely with views of the lake and easy drive/cycle to nearby town for pubs and shopping. The rear deck is a cosy suntrap. Owner was responsive and friendly. On the downside it has the air of a holiday let in need of refreshing, big on showy items but short on basic repairs and maintenance.
