Amazing location with hot tub on the deck. Very friendly owner and son , both so helpful to sort any minor hiccups and with recommendations and suggestions to make our stay truly amazing

My wife and I, along with our daughter and did Eric stayed here for a week recently. The property was exceptionally clean upon arrival and nicely maintained. It was quipped with everything you’d need with great attention to detail from cutlery and hand wash to boardgames and kids dvd’s which was a lovely touch. The setting is just beautiful. The owners Matt and Neil were nothing short of brilliant and are available at all times with absolutely nothing being too much trouble. The hot tub was cleaned and maintained daily during our stay. Overall a fantastic experience with good value for money. We’ve stayed in similar properties up and down the country which unfortunately upon arrival have massively failed our expectations with the pictures and ‘reviews’ being good but in arrival have been very poorly maintained, dirty and sometimes dangerous. Nothing could be more opposite here. It was refreshing to have our expectations exceeded, feel valued as a guest and really feel like you’ve laid your money for something worth while. I’d 100% stay here again and couldn’t recommend it enough.

This is a fantastic lodge, the location is perfect; on the lake, a mile from south cerney village, walkable to amenities within the 'lakes' complexes. The hot tib is a huge luxury easily big enough and comfortable for 6, we used it every day well into the evening despite it being January. The lodge was big enough and comfortable enough for 4 friends, we cooked, played games, danced and watched movies all in comfort with enough space. The log burner is a greta feature, we didn't use it but I'm sure it would be great on a cold winters night. Beds are comfy, rooms are just about big enough the upstairs shower is lovey. The heating system is great we were always warm. The amily who own the lodge are lovely, Father and Son Neil and Matt, very helpful, popped in to make sure everything was ok.

Loved the property and location. Hot tub was also great to use. Host also very helpful with the check-in, recommendations and any queries.
