Wonderful off grid experience in the bush, right near the beach. It was great for our boys to have plenty of space outdoors, toast marshmallows and swim and kayak (bring your wetsuit!).

The location was stunning- right between two different beach settings. We packed a picnic and spent the afternoon at the beach which is only a short lovely walk away through the bush. The house is quirky and interesting with a beautiful design and decor. The owners have thought about many of the details. Loved the wood stove, and the straw bale walls with all the little window nooks to sit and relax was heavenly. The provision of a few basic pantry items like sauces and seasonings was also much appreciated, as the island does not have many shops.
