The secluded and quiet location amongst nature was amazing. The cabin was simple, clean and comfortable - very much suited to the secluded "getaway" experience we were looking for. The hosts were prompt, courteous, friendly and helpful. The area is spectacular.

Such a very special location! The skies, seas, beaches & birds … Our visit was inspired by Karen Viggers’ book the Lightkeepers Wife. The cabin is off grid, and comfy, warm & simple. All kitchen things including coffee plunger ✅ Monica & Hector are attentive and expert in their hospitality.

Amazingly remote cabin that is as close to camping, but either the comforts of heating, hot showers, cooking facilities and comfortable beds. It doesn’t have the sofa bed in the lounge room, from what we could tell, but the queen bed and bunks were comfortable and clean. The wildlife, beach and view were fantastic. We had a great hike and enjoyed the sturdiness of log cabin when the rain and south westerly’s blew in overnight. Our rental Kia carnival just cleared the track on the way in, so an SUV would be preferable.
