My first all inclusive hotel experience. For a 4 star hotel, it had the same level of amenities as a 5 star hotel! Loved my stay including the room balcony view, amazing breakfast, location to night entertainment!

I came here after a very bad experience with another hotel. Occidental sousse saved the day! I booked in here for 5 days to get away from the other hotel (stayed in another good hotel on the Sunday) when we arrived the Occidental upgraded us to room with sea view. The restaurant was great lots of selection on all Inclusive, the service was amazing in the restaurant, the entertainment by the pool all day was amazing and in the evening, it was an amazing atmosphere....

-Beautiful green gardens with palm trees and flowering trees. - The food is amazing and tasty, plenty of dishes and various types of fish always present in the buffet. - The bar by the beach, and the beach itself are fantastic, no worries about having finding a place with shade by the sea.

"Great service and delicious food!" I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from every day. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
