Convenient location for sightseeing. Facility was not bad, but I had a trouble since sometimes there was nobody in hotel reception.

Location was spot on, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. The beach is 5 minutes away. Lovely lady at the front desk. She upgraded me to a sea view room, without me even asking.

This is my third time staying here we wanted to stay a extra night for jazz but my girlfriend declined she was very disappointed. The room was not clean the phone did not work there were no face towels we could not iron on the first night of our visit. The plug for the fridge is way under the bath mat does not help I had to put a shirt in front of the tub after my girlfriend slipped. This place has so much potential someone just needs to step up. Am a hoteliers so these things am saying to you is for your improvement. See you soon.

Location is great, clean, big rooms, staff was very very friendly
