As cacao growers, Hotel Chocolat use every part of their cacao harvests in their Rabot restaurant and Cacao Bar; from the lychee-like pulp to the nutty, buttery nibs, nothing goes to waste. Serving contemporary dishes influenced by the West Indies and Britain, roasted cacao beans feature as a subtle savoury spice and garnish – as well as the rich, deep heart of desserts.
Elsewhere, cacao is used for wellness treatments at the Estate’s open-air rejuvenation area. Using fresh ingredients that are gathered each morning – banana leaves, peppermint leaves and cacao nibs – its Cacao Massages are some of the best you'll experience.

Drawing on Hotel Chocolat’s expertise as a chocolatier and cacao grower, Rabot Hotel From Hotel Chocolat offers guests the opportunity to discover cacao like never before. Beginning with a walk through the cacao farm and ending with crafting your very own chocolate bar, Hotel Chocolat’s Tree-to-Bar Experience covers all the fascinating stages of making your own chocolate, from fermenting and sun-drying the cacao to grinding, mixing and more – with plenty of tasting in-between.
Taking a self-guided stroll through the 140-acre Estate’s valleys and côtes or setting your yoga mat down in the forest surrounding your lodge are also actively encouraged. Leave the headphones behind; exotic birdsong provides the only meditative soundtrack you’ll need.

The scenery and the pool were out of this world, and the fact that you get to stay in the middle of a forest, hearing its sounds, is also amazing.

Absolutely stunning views. Delicious and beautifully presented food. The most amazing walks on the property’s doorstep. If you want nature in abundance this is the place to come. Staff are friendly and highly accommodating and caring. Special thank you to the staff that looked after me when I was very sick, and gave us the room for longer upon check out so I could rest before my flight home. I still appreciate your kindness so much to this day. If we come back to St Lucia we will 100% come back to your hotel, thank you again!

Amazing views, very nice surroundings on the plantation. Sulfur springs and other attractions closeby. Spacious rooms, onteresting restairant concept. The staff is nice and helpful. Good wifi.
