“Great location, dodgy shower and broken lift”

A lovely room, however the shower was not great. Shower door didn’t shut properly which meant water would go all over the floor, and the shower head and the stand actually fell off onto me, which wasn’t great. The lift also wasn’t working which we weren’t told ahead of time so we had to walk up about 5 flights of steps after long walking days.
