The location was excellent up on an hillside with amazing views. The staff were very accommodating and made you feel like family, nothing was too much trouble. The transfers and excursions were very well organised by the hotel, there was a free shuttle bus taking you into Sorrento. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Views were stunning both during the day and at night. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Free shuttle service provided multiple times during the morning and evening to the main town for guests to use. Never had a problem booking this. Pool area was clean and never an issue with sunbeds being available. Small restaurant onsite provided snacks throughout the day and delicious pizzas in the evening! Breakfast was pleasant, plenty of fresh options available every day. Rooms cleaned daily. We booked tours via the hotel before we travelled and all tours were perfect the driver luigi was very professional Sian from the restaurant/bar was the perfect host throughout our stay Thankyou both.

What a staff at Hotel Prestige ! So willing to help , arrange , kind …. ! Panoramic view is outrageous .Very Nice shuttlebus downtown, the excursions arranged by the hotel itself were very good , with a spécial thanks to Gilda and Luigi !!!
