Lovely hotel close to the centre of Sorrento. We visited for 4 nights with our 10 week old baby and parents. We had a small issue with one of the rooms on the first night but this was resolved quickly. It didn’t ruin our stay due to the great customer service, especially from Francesca, who did everything to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I have a celiac allergy and the hotel had a great selection of gluten free products (bread, crackers, biscuits, cakes and cereal) to enjoy every morning which was a rare treat!

Lovely clean hotel with great facilities and perfect location with easy access to buses and train station with frequent services to all the sights and attractions. Staff were very friendly and would do anything to help, my son decided to come with us last minute and they put a third bed in the room for us at a small charge. Breakfast was very good and pool area was clean and bar staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, it’s a lovely hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Our room was a good size with a balcony and very clean. The staff at reception were very helpful. Kids really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Hotel was close enough to the train station and there is supermarket nearby.
