The staff was amazing. Rita helped me so much. I felt like she is my relative taking care of me while I have to visit her in Italy where she lived all her life and knows everything. She helped me throughout the whole stay and even before. She let me know there is a strike of trains and offered me alternatives, before I arrived. She told me how to get to Positano when my stay ends and gave me the exact timings and location. Everything was so easy, she made it so. She was there available for me as if I was at the reception and asking her questions. Amazing job, Rita! Also, the place has everything a 5 star hotel has. Looks exacty the same inside. I travel a lot in 5 star hotels with work.

Bathroom and balcony was very nice and room was well furnished. Rita was a excellent host and met us and explained everything well.

The location was amazing, walking distance into the main area. The facilities were well kept and clean upon arrival. Rita and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the place was great! So close to the train station and other amenities. The place was cleaned regularly and towels were replaced promptly.
