The hotel is absolutely charming and in an excellent location. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was very nice, and the fact that there is convenient parking available. Regarding the service, it was a bit of a mixed bag. When we arrived, the reception staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. However, our departure left a bitter taste; the staff member at checkout wasn't very friendly, which was a disappointing way to end the trip.

Perfect central and quiet location in the heart of the old town, clean and well equipped rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was also very enjoyable.

My third time of staying at this lovely hotel in the delightful historic town of sopron. Lovely staff, who allowed me early check-in. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast and lovely old town location. .

I’ve stayed several times in this hotel and probably will stay more times. The location is exceptional and the rooms are good in my opinion. Reception personnel is super nice and helpful same as the personnel working on the restaurant.
