It was a great base to explore Lanzarote by car, with easy parking nearby the house. Luca is a an attentive and helpful host. The rooms and common spaces were clean and well equipped. There was good internet connection for remote work and a beautiful view from the terrace. I would be happy to return in the future!

At first Sunset House is bike friendly. The house is comfortable, in a great location, a few kilometers from La Santa, Caleta de Famara and the charming Tiguise. The kitchen is available to guests as well as the terrace for magnificent sunsets. The Internet connection is fast. The house is highly recommended by me

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the house, which was the right combination of welcoming, chill and respectful. Luca was a kind and approachable host. Although the bathroom was shared between 3 rooms (and up to 5 people), it was kept clean and didn't feel overly busy. The stunning terrace was my favourite :) The neighbourhood felt safe and the local shop was surprisingly well stocked, including with fresh produce. There were plenty of bike-friendly routes in all directions, ideal for both coastal and inland day trips.

Lovely stay at Sunset House (aptly named, lovely sunsets from the terrace). The bed was comfortable, the room spacious with a big desk, the kitchen was also spacious and the shower was huge! There is a shop walking distance with all the essentials, a hiking route up the mountain behind the house and paths to beaches (for more keen walkers). The host offered me a lift to nearby villages when I reliased there were no local buses on the weekends. I had a good time chatting and socialising with host and other guests over my stay.
