The position is perfect. You can just ski from the ski locker room and you are directly on the ski slope. The view, the comfort, cleanliness

Very good location, just on the slope. One can ski really from the house doors. Café / skibar at the street level, good pizzeria in the house, good restaurant (Almstüberl) 2 mins to walk (however, open only Thu-Mon in January 2024). Appartment good equipped, spacy (just one bigger room with bed and kitchenette plus shower with toilet). Bigger balcony with very nice view. Perfect communication with the host via WhatsApp (we haven't seen face to face), everything explained and everything working. We have asked for the garage which has not been a problem at all (extra costs 9€ per night). Would really recommend.
