Everything was top notch. Sonmarg is a paradise. All the other hotels were down the valley and crowded and noisy . But this radisson is above the hill. And the view was breathtakingly beautiful. The entire team was so accommodating and hospitable. The manager on duty Addil was very professional and also personally took care of us. His restaurant team and reception team entire hotel staff was so helpful and pleasant and respectful. This property is by far the cleanest and located in a scenic view. The toilets are very clean and the room extremely clean elegant. It’s so affordable for the service and views we get. The restaurant serves delicious food both veg and non veg. Too much food at a very very affordable price. In my opinion this is the hotel to stay if u visit Kashmir. Lasy they protect their customers and it’s a very safe place to stay .

location was convenient; however road access has to improve. The staff were very friendly & supportive. Food was good, nothing to complain, but noting wow with limited options. Overall satisfied & happy as this property is considered the best in Sonmarg.

Location - awesome Property- beautiful Food - perfect Staff - courteous and respectful This is an awesome Property and the staff is amazing. Had an amazing experience here with my family. The views from the room are out of this world. The horses for Thajwas glacier start from this point only. A must go if going to Sonamarg.
