We had a room in the main hotel, which was very comfortable, clean and airy. The staff were extremely courteous and our stay very memorable. The town has character and the day were were there there was a huge market covering many of the streets.

The hotel is ideally situated within a 5 min walk of the town. The history of the building is interesting and the staff are excellent. The pool and outdoor area is great.

Location - very quiet above the main town, but walkable down to the historic town centre and restaurants. We particularly liked the swimming pool, especially as we were there during a heatwave.
