Absolutely everything! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the garden and the lighting in the room, bed and shower were all excellent! Added to all this was the superb location. The hotel was quiet and tranquil, just what was needed for a short break away!

We don’t usually write reviews, but we felt we absolutely had to after such an enjoyable stay here. The hotel is immaculate - spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Our garden view room was perfect for us, and the complimentary minibar was a lovely added touch. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality options to choose from. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, which made our stay feel truly relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. The location is also ideal - right in the centre of Sóller, making it very convenient if you don’t want to rely on a car or transport all the time. That said, we made use of the hotel’s underground car park for our rental car, which was extremely convenient. We will definitely return :)
