The apartment is really modern, all clean and has fast WiFi. Pretty much couldn't complain about anything. The couch is also comfortable for one person to sleep on. Two people might be tight but still doable. The bathrooms are also exceptional. Owners are super nice people, and really friendly. They were helpful in giving us guidance about where to go in Solin. There is also a bus station within 3min walk near apartment. We could get from Split, Park mladeži to our apartment with one bus pretty quickly. Useful for those who might rent this apartment for Ultra Europe festival

Roomy apartment managed by host that lives on the ground floor. We met the nice lady on the first day, she explained how everything works, told us to ask her for anything else we would need, and then we couldn't say if they were home or not. The apartment is located inside a little and very quiet park, has a river that flows in the back with a family of wild ducks that have a cute morning routine. Being so quiet and having bug nets on the windows, on the cool nights one can sleep with windows wide open rather than being dependent on the AC, which is a nice touch. Parking is plentiful and right in front of the entrance. The apartment has everything from smart tv to dishwasher and washing machine, all new. The host provided us with all the necessary supplies for operating them. The apartment was spotlessly cleaned, and not only on the visible surfaces 😉. The bathroom was quite large with a roomy shower with good water pressure.

Extremely clean, aircon was on when we arrived which was super kind and just what we needed as it was very hot outside! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly
