The decor is very calming and relaxing, the service was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, very professional. There are plenty of selections at breakfast and catered for all dietary needs. Evening meal was high class, recommended the the steak fridge and the game shepherd's pie. Excellent customer service too, I room was very small and cramped, but within minutes of being in our room we received a text message to see if we were happy with the room, which replied that we was not happy, our room was changed to a much larger room which was very quick and efficient.

We recently stayed at another Voco hotel and loved it, so we decided to try this one and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel was lovely, and the spa facilities; hot tub, swimming pool, and more were fantastic. Our room was excellent: a comfortable bed, a great ensuite, and stylish modern décor throughout. Overall, it was a great stay, just a little maintenance in certain areas would make it a five-star experience.
